I LOVE imagining the Moors holding their markets on those steps hundreds of years ago 🙂

Residents are obliged to keep their houses not only white, but looking good, too. There is an enormous amount of pride within the villages, Gilly. I’ve often seen little old ladies sweeping and mopping the streets near their front doors 🙂
